## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own an advertiser demand revenue target and the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through complex enterprise closes.
- Build and manage a high-volume outbound pipeline using AI-assisted research and sequencing while owning sales strategy and relationship building.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders at target advertiser organizations through signed commercial agreements.
- Maintain an in-market presence by attending industry events and building relationships with advertiser and agency leadership.
- Own named-account territory planning and prioritize multiple concurrent deal cycles.
- Partner with Customer Success on post-close handoffs and provide clear commercial and strategic launch briefs.
- Make clear recommendations grounded in performance marketing expertise.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams to represent advertiser feedback in the product roadmap.
- Refine sales tactics and share best practices.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing commercial roles, with a record of independently managing complex deal cycles; experience selling to performance marketing, adtech, or ecommerce buyers is preferred.
- Strong performance marketing fluency, including ROAS, CPA, incrementality, attribution, measurement design, and channel comparability.
- Excellent executive communication and presence, including the ability to lead high-stakes meetings, influence without authority, and create clarity across complex stakeholder groups.
- Proven judgment in prioritizing high-volume pipelines across concurrent opportunities.
- Builder mindset and operational discipline, including proactively removing friction and creating scalable playbooks.
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase research and sequencing throughput while owning strategic and relationship-building work.
- Willingness to work from the Sydney office at least four days per week and travel for client and industry engagement.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Target total compensation: $233,000–$308,000, including fixed annual salary, target quarterly variable compensation, employee equity, and benefits.
- Fixed annual salary: $145,000–$175,000, including superannuation.
