## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect and develop platforms for the Security Platform Engineering organization.
- Provide technical structure to teams and collaborate with management and stakeholders on strategic roadmaps.
- Build critical services using Golang and Java.
- Design scalable systems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Define a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems and the teams operating them.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn product and technical vision into quarterly roadmaps.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code; debug complex technical problems; and improve deployment, operations, and diagnostics.
- Review feature designs and cross-cutting projects, owning security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity.

## Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
- Strong system design and coding skills.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: ₹9,424,500 INR.
- Additional compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.
