## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Edit course content in **Adobe Premiere** for engaging, high-quality educational videos.
- Work remotely with the production team on projects scoped for approximately **25–30 hours per week**.
- Manage media and organize editing workflows effectively.
- Balance long-term, in-depth editing assignments with urgent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Take direction and provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Apply sound editorial judgment and strong visual storytelling.
- Continue developing technical skills, learn from failure, and ask questions when needed.

## Requirements
- Strong reel showcasing editing skills and visual storytelling ability.
- At least **2 years of experience** with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating **2D and 3D animations**.
- Strong media management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Resume or CV and recent editing samples, including After Effects work.
