## Job Description

## Own BIM across the portfolio
- Set the BIM execution plan and hold designers, fabricators, and GCs to it.
- Run clash detection as a production process: issues found, assigned, resolved, and verified weekly.
- Connect the model to the field: drawings, prefab spooling, and as-builts flow from one source of truth.

## Responsibilities
- Own BIM standards, the federated model, and the coordination process for every site.
- Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized in months not years.
- Design data centers that go up in months, not years.
- Design it once, build it a hundred times; roll every site's lessons into the reference design on the way to 50GW+.

## Requirements
- Led BIM on large construction programs across many stakeholders.
- Written BIM execution plans people actually followed.
- Run clash management with metrics, and the metrics improve.
- Connected models to fabrication and know exactly where that breaks.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Revit, Navisworks, and ACC at scale.
- Data center MEP coordination.
- Scan-to-BIM.
- Model-based quantity takeoff.
