## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with new accounting partners.
- Sign partners and create comprehensive go-to-market plans.
- Generate client referrals from accounting firms to drive revenue.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within accounting firms.
- Educate accounting firms on Ramp's offering and articulate its value propositions.
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key accounting partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product and engineering teams to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients, and inform the product roadmap.
- Become an expert in Ramp's products, features, and workflows.
- Build new and improve existing workflows and sales motions.

## Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships.
- Strong discovery skills and consultative selling ability.
- History as a top performer with consistent target and quota overachievement.
- Commitment to tracking and improving performance and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent listening skills.
- Bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with and affinity for AI tooling that empowers your work.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience partnering with accounting firms in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity.
- Accounting background or proficiency.
- Experience in a direct sales closing role.

## Compensation and benefits
- Salary range: $14,000-$214,000.
