## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites and meet with analysts to understand critical questions and identify operational pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows.
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is adopted widely enough to create operational impact.
- Present results and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-company product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations worldwide.

## Requirements
- Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Adaptive and introspective, with a willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Ability to travel **25–75%**; requirements vary by location and team.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as **Python**, **R**, **MATLAB**, or **SQL**.
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
