## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production, including conceptualization, storyboarding, collaboration with scriptwriters, and delivery for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social content.
- Lead on-set and remote shoots, directing talent and managing technical crews.
- Oversee editing, color grading, motion design, and sound design to ensure technical excellence and brand alignment.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to translate technical software features into human-centric stories.
- Maintain production schedules, track budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery within marketing timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and production partners.
- Lead high-budget, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video projects; B2B or technology experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, and modern production workflows involving lighting, sound, and cinematography.
- Genuine interest in understanding software products and explaining complex technology.
- 4–6 years of experience in an in-house corporate or agency production environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with motion design and awareness of current trends.
- Experience managing end-to-end motion design projects.
- Experience with live streaming for webinars or global events.
- Experience using marketing analytics to measure video performance and KPIs.
