## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Develop executive-level relationships across strategic customers.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and exceed annual sales targets.
- Navigate complex sales processes using Command of the Message and MEDDIC.
- Create compelling business cases to influence senior stakeholders and showcase the value of new products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts.
- Promote Figma to existing and prospective customers.
- Help build foundations and processes for customer-facing teams.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally focused on enterprise sales.
- Experience selling to technical audiences.
- Ability to close complex sales cycles and engage multiple departments.
- Ability to prioritize competing customer demands and balance them against business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a resilient mindset.

## Nice to Have

- Experience with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience selling collaboration tools.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools.

## Work Arrangement

- Full-time role based in the Singapore hub.
