## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven insights and decision-making applications for internal use, with a focus on operational processes.
- Produce regular reporting and analysis for business leaders.
- Build, document, and maintain innovative operational processes focused on automation, compliance, and reducing manual transactions.
- Mobilize internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Create and engage in data engineering processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through continuous audit and review.
- Conduct in-depth analytical investigations to answer business questions and support product or engineering proposals.
- Create and fine-tune statistical and machine learning models.
- Conduct experimentation and build solutions using foundation models, including RAG, agents, and evaluations.
- Build visualizations and communicate findings to engineers, managers, and executives.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as an Analytics Engineer, Product Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Celonis EMS, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or Power BI.
- Technical competence with SQL, Python, Pandas, and analytical tools for data extraction, visualization, and analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Strong decision-making, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working in agile teams and using Jira or similar collaboration software.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams in a fast-growing organization.
