## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Creative Fabrica’s YouTube channel and grow its audience, reach, and views.
- Develop and evolve the YouTube content strategy using performance data.
- Develop video concepts end to end, including titles, thumbnail concepts, structure, production, and publication.
- Create content about AI, creative workflows, new technology, product capabilities, experiments, and industry developments.
- Write engaging scripts with strong narratives, hooks, and pacing.
- Present on camera and become a face of the channel.
- Direct and collaborate with video editors, motion designers, graphic designers, and educational content producers.
- Publish frequently, develop recurring formats and series, and repurpose content for Shorts and other YouTube surfaces.
- Test topics, formats, titles, thumbnails, hooks, lengths, and presentation styles.
- Analyze retention, click-through rate, watch time, and other YouTube Studio data to understand performance.
- Create follow-ups and variations based on successful content, monitor trends, and develop creator collaborations.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience creating YouTube, digital video, or creator-led content.
- Deep understanding of YouTube, including click-through rate, retention, watch time, recommendations, and audience development.
- Experience using YouTube Studio analytics to make content decisions.
- Demonstrable success generating meaningful organic viewership.
- Strong instincts for titles, thumbnails, and video packaging.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, hooks, and pacing skills.
- Comfort presenting on camera.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Independent, high-output approach to developing concepts and publishing frequently.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to become an expert user of new AI tools.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience growing a personal YouTube channel or an existing channel or creator portfolio.
- Videos with 100K+ or 1M+ organic views.
- YouTube Shorts experience.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Thumbnail design and strong visual instincts.
- Experience collaborating with YouTubers and creators.
- YouTube SEO knowledge.
- Experience using generative AI for research, scripting, or production.
