## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Management leadership on data-driven GTM strategy and operations, including annual planning, team structure modeling, coverage models, target setting, incentive programs, process improvement, and day-to-day support.
- Maintain and deliver recurring performance reporting.
- Execute analytical projects and programs in collaboration with GTM Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities and provide data-informed recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of segment insights, processes, and reporting.
- Administer and improve systems, data hygiene, reporting, and team productivity using platforms such as Salesforce and Gong.

## Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience delivering analytical models and managing workstreams within complex, cross-functional programs.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and tools, with advanced Salesforce CRM proficiency, including reports, dashboards, and data structures.
- Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience building metrics and reporting systems to measure GTM initiative impact and effectiveness.
- Collaborative, self-directed, and able to manage deep-dive analysis alongside daily operational tasks.
- Experience in fast-paced, SaaS, or startup environments preferred.

## Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction and complex analysis.
- Experience using AI-driven tools or workflows for process automation, predictive modeling, or GTM efficiency.

## Compensation
- Annual pay range: $86,250–$145,000 USD.
