## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve high-priority cases across harm and risk areas in line with policy and legal requirements.
- Operate across systems and tools to manage user reports, tickets, internal escalations, and high-priority investigations.
- Act as incident manager for escalations requiring nuanced policy, legal, or regulatory interpretation.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback to improve consistency across global teams.
- Analyze trends and generate insights from escalation and case data to inform policy, product, model behavior, or detection improvements.
- Maintain accuracy, judgment, and composure when handling sensitive or time-critical situations.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including off-hours and weekend coverage.
- Work a standard 5x8 schedule that includes a weekly weekend shift, such as Saturday through Wednesday.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, investigations, fraud, or developer risk operations.
- Experience in incident response, law enforcement response, or escalations management.
- Deep domain expertise in a relevant specialization and familiarity with applicable legal, policy, and technical frameworks.
- Experience scaling operations, building processes, and working cross-functionally.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including pattern detection, risk assessment, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Clear, empathetic, and precise communication in sensitive user-facing contexts.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments and balance speed with diligence.
- Ability to manage frequent context switching, multiple projects, and competing priorities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $189,000–$210,000.
- Hybrid work model with three days in the office per week.
- Relocation assistance is available.
