## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing, as the named account point of contact.
- Build hospital billing launch playbooks covering diligence, customer management workflows, rule creation and configuration, and automation.
- Translate complex enterprise requirements—including multiple tax IDs, EHRs, and institutional adjudication rules—into implementation plans.
- Coordinate with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams.
- Own accounts after go-live, driving stable and repeatable collections before transition to long-term management.
- Establish SLAs and handoff processes with internal partner teams.
- Help define the Launch and Account Management functions as the team grows.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS technology company.
- History of creating opportunities and seeking ownership positions.
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel; strong analytical or finance background is a plus.
- Experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build processes without an existing playbook.
- Confidence leading meetings with health system CFOs and revenue integrity teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and identify blockers before escalation.
- Strong customer empathy and commitment to finding the underlying truth in customer requests.

## Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) experience.

## Compensation
- $140,000–$180,000 annual salary.
