## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create and execute Zoox’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, including company-wide hiring, university programs, internal mobility, and executive recruiting.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional recruiting organization of 50+ employees, including mentorship, coaching, accountability, and continuous operational improvement.
- Design scalable talent processes from sourcing through offer delivery while ensuring a consistent candidate experience.
- Establish organization-wide recruiting reporting frameworks and translate talent metrics into recommendations for executive workforce planning and sourcing decisions.
- Partner with HR Technology to evolve a scalable talent ecosystem and use AI to streamline recruiting operations.
- Advise the CEO, C-suite, and senior business leaders on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Contribute to the People Experience leadership team and company-wide People Experience strategy.

## Requirements
- 15+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience.
- 3+ years at the Senior Director level leading organizations of 50+.
- Experience managing 5+ direct-report managers in a leader-of-leaders model.
- Experience developing and executing talent strategies in complex, high-growth technical environments, including autonomous systems, AI/ML, or hardware.
- Experience designing and implementing talent ecosystems, KPIs, scorecards, and metrics.
- Strong executive presence and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present to C-level executives.
- Track record of building trusted cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex organizational bottlenecks, and act decisively in high-stakes environments.
- Strong familiarity with the external technology talent market, emerging talent acquisition trends, and workforce planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

## Nice to Have
- Experience pioneering AI as a strategic talent acquisition lever.
- Familiarity with VNDLY, Lever, Workday, ServiceNow, and other talent or HR software platforms.
