## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Account Managers through coaching, feedback, and development support.
- Own strategic account plans for key Greater China export advertisers, aligning with business priorities and identifying growth opportunities.
- Build senior-level relationships with flagship partners and advise on media strategy, measurement, and full-funnel performance.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams, including Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and persuasive narratives for partners.
- Advise on Pinterest campaign best practices, lower-funnel solutions, performance strategy, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement.
- Lead client meetings, present complex solutions clearly, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Advise advertisers on audience strategy, bidding models, creative formats, attribution, and alpha/beta testing.
- Maintain expertise in Pinterest advertising products and features and communicate product value to clients.
- Use AI-powered tools to monitor campaign health, identify growth opportunities, and flag risks.
- Champion adoption of AI-powered solutions within the team and with clients.

## Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, managing high-value client relationships, strategic learning agendas, and end-to-end client communication.
- Experience with Greater China export advertisers is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to turn data into persuasive stories and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project management skills, including complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media, campaign optimization, measurement, analytical problem solving, and platform knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Search, Shopping, Display, and/or Social advertising technologies.
- Experience with ecommerce and retail-focused advertisers.
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

## Compensation and Benefits
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- The role requires office or customer-facing collaboration, typically two days per week, within commuting distance of the Singapore City office.
