## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale diffusion models, primarily for images.
- Explore additional modalities, including 3D, text, video, and audio.
- Experiment with and design large-scale AI models.
- Collaborate closely with production and an internal studio to move research models into production quickly.
- Develop game-ready models and deploy regular quality updates to niji・journey.

## Requirements
- Experience conducting AI research.
- Strong understanding of diffusion models, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with PyTorch; familiarity with JAX is beneficial.
- Comfort working on small, fast-paced teams.
- Interest in anime and anime aesthetics.
