## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end, partnering with multiple stakeholders and engineers to accelerate the roadmap and deliver meaningful impact.
- Identify problems, shape solutions, and drive execution with a high degree of ownership.
- Collaborate with teammates across the UK, US, Canada, and Israel using async-first practices.
- Contribute to cross-cutting engineering initiatives and shared product primitives used across teams.
- Balance business priorities, user experience, and long-term technical sustainability.
- Raise the bar for code quality, system design, and operational excellence.
- Help shape engineering culture as part of a distributed team.
- Mentor engineering teammates.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack experience, with strong backend expertise.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery.
- High agency and self-direction, including the ability to work independently while staying connected to a distributed team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprise customers.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products and scaling and evolving systems in fast-paced environments.
- Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with GraphQL.
