## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads, Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and other search advertising platforms.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
- Develop and execute experiments across keyword targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to guide budget and channel decisions.
- Build reporting and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition cost, conversion, and pipeline.
- Use AI tools to automate data collection, reporting, and repetitive workflows while independently validating results.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to build and scale account-based marketing campaigns targeting key accounts.
- Support broader marketing initiatives through ad hoc analysis and projects.

## Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and seven-figure monthly budgets.
- Experience in high-consideration, low-conversion-volume environments such as B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurance.
- Strong analytical judgment and a holistic approach to evaluating marketing performance.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, or other emerging search channels.

## Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000–$200,000 annual compensation.
