## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to the Databricks Platform.
- Provide best-practice support for custom-built customer solutions.
- Suggest performance improvements for customer-specific environments.
- Assist with third-party integrations into Databricks environments.
- Coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
- Create and maintain company documentation and knowledge articles.
- Advocate for customers.
- Build AWS, Azure, and Databricks Platform expertise through learning and internal training.
- Participate in weekend and weekday on-call rotations.

## Requirements
- **4+ years** of experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining applications based on Python, Java, or Scala.
- Expert-level Python knowledge preferred.
- Strong experience with SQL-based databases.
- Linux/Unix administration skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with distributed big data computing environments.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Japanese and English.
