The role requires 5+ years of PRM administration experience plus Impartner and Salesforce Administrator certifications.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Own platform administration:** Manage day-to-day technical operations of the Impartner PRM platform, including access controls, page layouts, content management, and localized portal branding.
- **Maintain CRM synchronization:** Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot data synchronization between Impartner and Salesforce, ensuring leads, accounts, and custom deal-registration data flow accurately across both systems.
- **Build automated workflows:** Develop code-free partner lifecycles using Impartner Journey Builder, including milestone alerts, automated tier progressions, and customized onboarding tracks.
- **Support channel enablement:** Architect and maintain partner competency programs, training modules, and certification pathways within the portal.
- **Manage lead and deal flow:** Oversee lead-distribution algorithms, deal-registration routing, and Market Development Funds application and claim workflows.
- **Enforce platform governance:** Audit system logs, data health, and security rules, and ensure compliance with corporate data-protection standards and platform updates across Impartner and Salesforce.
- **Drive UAT and testing:** Conduct technical vetting, develop testing protocols in sandbox environments, and execute production deployments for tool integrations and module releases.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated experience administering an enterprise Partner Relationship Management tool, with deep Impartner PRM expertise.
- Impartner Certified Administrator credential and completion of relevant Impartner technical training or administrator programs.
- Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is highly desired.
- Experience managing API integrations, mapping custom fields between PRM and Salesforce, and resolving synchronization-log exceptions.
- Experience building operational dashboards and custom reports and auditing data integrity across integrated systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, organize technical backlogs, and translate go-to-market logic into system configurations.

## Nice-to-haves
- Jira and Confluence experience.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for portal layout styling or specialized workflow scripts.
- Experience with Cloud Coach and professional-services workflows.
- Experience managing multi-currency, localized, or multilingual partner portals for a global channel ecosystem.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated pay range: **$99,760–$124,700**.
- Target bonus: **12.5%**.
