## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own video and motion projects end to end, from intake and story development through editing, animation, versioning, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
- Edit high-quality video content for brand campaigns, paid media and organic social, web, events, customer storytelling, and other marketing initiatives.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, typography, animation, and other visual elements that elevate storytelling and bring the brand to life in motion.
- Translate creative briefs, stakeholder feedback, and performance insights into clear editorial decisions that improve quality, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple priorities and timelines while maintaining a high bar for craft, consistency, and on-brand execution.
- Build strong working relationships with adjacent teams and contribute as a trusted creative partner in solving communication and storytelling challenges.
- Help evaluate and develop AI-assisted video workflows for scripting, footage exploration, versioning, and post-production.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion design within an in-house brand, agency, production company, or creative marketing environment.
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating strong editorial judgment, storytelling, pacing, motion design, and visual craft across multiple formats and channels.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable editing software.
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects and modern post-production workflows, including file management, versioning, and delivery best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience managing complex creative projects with cross-functional stakeholders and driving work forward with limited oversight.
- Understanding of how brand systems and visual standards translate into effective, cohesive video content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize feedback, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound creative decisions in a fast-moving environment.

## Nice to Have
- Videography, production, or on-set experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $89,000–$122,000, depending on geographic zone and other factors.
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental care, paid time off, sick time off, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
