## Job Description

## What you'll do:

* Lead and manage the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740, including preparation and review of workpapers, journal entries, and disclosures
* Analyze and document book-to-tax differences, effective tax rate drivers, and uncertain tax positions (FIN 48)
* Coordinate with external auditors and advisors to support tax provision and financial statement audits
* Support U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and oversee work performed by external providers
* Partner cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and legal teams on tax impacts of business activities
* Assist with tax planning initiatives, M&A support, and special projects as needed
* Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws and accounting standards impacting ASC 740
* Support or collaborate on indirect tax matters (sales/use tax, property tax, VAT, etc.)

## Required Qualifications:

* 5–8 years of relevant tax experience, with a strong focus on income tax provision (ASC 740)
* Public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm) experience preferred, but not required
* CPA, JD/LLM, or Master’s in Taxation preferred
* Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 (FAS 109) and US corporate income tax
* Exposure to indirect tax (sales/use, property tax, VAT) is a plus
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
