## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect and ship features across the full stack at high speed.
- Build end-to-end workflows, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at scale.
- Raise the bar for code quality and decision-making as an early technical steward.
- Set patterns that establish a world-class engineering culture.
- Build tools, mental models, and platforms to accelerate both personal and company growth exponentially.
- Constantly talk to and visit customers in the field.

## Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Strong engineering prowess, ideally developed at start-ups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporate feedback, and hold a high bar for quality.
- Excitement about building an AI product for an industry untouched by modern software.
- Willingness to work ~60 hrs/week in person with ambitious people in NYC.
- Commitment to attempting to build a generational company with the required intensity.

## Compensation and Benefits
**Compensation**
- Estimated salary range: $285,000 - $325,000/year.
