## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Sales, and Customer Success for account planning and support.
- Define and execute strategies that inspire clients and the Influenster community.
- Suggest product offerings and services that maximize client engagement and campaign success.
- Manage and properly set expectations with internal and client stakeholders.
- Advocate on behalf of the client and the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams to meet timelines and ensure campaign success.
- Develop and execute strategies for sold-in client campaigns.
- Manage campaign deliverables, tracking, and execution.
- Evaluate campaign success against predetermined KPIs, including member social posts, post quality, impressions, and engagement rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and confidently pursue upselling opportunities.

## Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience at an agency, technology startup, marketing organization, or relevant industry.
- Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong client focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organization, multitasking, presentation, and execution skills.
- Passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.
- Coachability and adaptability.
- Full authorization to work in the USA or hiring country.
- Knowledge of current trends in beauty, lifestyle, pop culture, social media, product reviews, and influencer marketing.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in the software or e-commerce industry.
