## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own the financial operating plan for Marketing, including budget allocation, campaign ROI analysis, and investment tradeoffs supporting B2C growth while maintaining unit economics discipline.
- Develop and own channel-level CAC, LTV, and payback models at the channel and cohort level.
- Connect marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and revenue so Marketing and Finance share a single source of truth.
- Pressure-test assumptions and identify what is working, what is not, and where the next marginal dollar should go.
- Analyze market trends, competitive spend, and channel dynamics to inform forward-looking strategy and capital allocation.
- Partner with Marketing to size experiments, set success metrics, and forecast their impact on growth and unit economics.
- Create repeatable reporting covering performance, targets, variance, and actionable learnings.
- Use AI agents and automation to replace manual processes with scalable infrastructure.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience supporting Marketing leadership.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting combined with operational experience at a high-growth startup, AI company, or scaled technology company is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and expert Excel modeling abilities.
- Comfort working with data and SQL, HEX, BI tools, or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze blended CAC, attribution, channel performance, cohort-level payback, and the interaction between brand, paid acquisition, and organic growth loops.
- Proactive, service-oriented approach and willingness to own operational details.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, work from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, and thrive in low-structure environments.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluency in English for written and spoken communication.

- Technical degree or deep technical exposure.
- Experience using AI tools and agents to automate analytical and operational work.
