## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Discover’s design end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and framing problems through setting design direction and shipping work.
- Design AI-driven discovery experiences, including interfaces, curation experiences, and trust signals.
- Design for both sides of a marketplace: creator visibility, trust, and growth; consumer confidence, relevance, and engagement.
- Connect product-wide systems and dependencies to inform design decisions.
- Prototype quickly using AI-assisted tools and collaborate closely with engineers through launch.
- Mentor designers and raise the craft standard for Discover.

## Requirements
- Marketplace or two-sided platform product design experience; experience designing for both sides of a market is required.
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- Shipped 0-to-1 work and complex multi-user flows.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product direction and shape outcomes.
- Experience serving as the most senior designer for a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes.
- Proficiency in English at CEFR C2 / ILR 5 level.
- Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and ability to build realistic prototypes independently.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proactive communication and comfort designing in ambiguity.

## Compensation and Benefits
- $140,000–$170,000 USD per year.
