## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger, consolidations, accounts payable, payroll, and intercompany cross-charges across domestic and international entities.
- Design and implement scalable accounting policies, processes, and controls.
- Partner with the Controller to optimize ERP, procurement, travel and expense, and related systems, emphasizing automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounting for international operations and support global tax matters.
- Support external audits and investor reporting.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools for real-time financial insights.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members.
- Evaluate emerging accounting technology, AI tools, and process-automation practices.

## Requirements
- CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience, including Big Four and in-house experience at a high-growth B2C or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and international taxes and regulations.
- Experience optimizing and integrating accounting technology stacks.
- Demonstrated process-improvement and automation experience, including AI reconciliation, OCR invoice processing, or automated close solutions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and revenue-recognition software.
- Leadership and project-management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement scalable systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
