## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assess the territory and develop an effective execution strategy.
- Drive quarter-over-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
- Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasts, in Salesforce.
- Identify new use-case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers.
- Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Connect with account ecosystems, including stakeholders, influencers, partners, venture capital, private equity, and cloud providers.
- Lead technical and business discussions, adapting messaging to different audiences and personas.

## Requirements
- Strong closing experience selling SaaS, cloud, big data, or AI solutions to mid-market customers in France.
- Digital-native customer experience is highly desirable.
- Solution- and business-outcomes-focused sales approach.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, or Challenger Sale.
- Ability to explain complex cloud, big data, and AI technologies and their business value clearly.
- Experience exceeding sales targets or quotas.
- Master's degree or relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English and French.
