## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels.
- Tune and improve agentic AI workflows that handle inbound inquiries; identify gaps, edge cases, and failure points.
- Contact high-intent prospects by email and phone to convert them to paid customers.
- Track conversion and response metrics, identifying funnel performance and leaks.
- Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and AI systems teams to close the loop.
- Build product expertise through hands-on product use and daily customer conversations.

## Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly and clearly.
- Ability to learn software quickly and work with AI and automation tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and improve quickly.
- Strong organization and composure while handling high volumes of inbound inquiries.
