## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the accountable lead for customer success and trusted advisor for a strategic customer in the Insurance / Service Industries.
- Engage C-level executives to define a long-term vision for using Celonis to transform business operations.
- Mobilize cross-functional Celonis teams and lead extensive teams of Celonis experts to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Drive measurable business impact across processes and industries and accelerate adoption of the Celonis platform.
- Champion transformational initiatives across Celonis and customer accounts, fostering innovation and strategic change.
- Maximize customer value and guide customers toward major business transformation outcomes.
- Manage executive relationships and drive profitable growth using industry expertise, analytical skills, and consulting capabilities.

## Requirements
- Proven experience managing executive relationships.
- Track record of driving profitable growth.
- Industry expertise in insurance or service industries.
- Strong analytical and consulting skills.
- Experience leading customer success and business transformation initiatives.
