## Job Description

## Responsibilities
### Strategic Integration Consultant & Product Expert
- Translate business requirements into unique technical solutions
- Conduct calls to create and manage integration plans for software partners
- Design and present tailored integration project plans
- Operate with an AI-first mindset to innovate integration processes

### Project Manager and Documentation
- Track and report on project logs, KPIs, and drive improvements
- Collaborate with Account Managers on partner launch and GTM success
- Transfer integration plans into production reference documentation

### Cross Functional Collaboration
- Connect Operations, Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams
- Provide ongoing integration support with Customer Success
- Pilot and implement cutting-edge fintech products with Product team

## Requirements
### Technical Expertise
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Technical Support, or similar in Payments/Fintech
- Proven track record creating and implementing complex technical solutions
- Strong understanding of **RESTful APIs**, **webhooks**, and modern integration patterns
- Experience with payment processing (tokenization, PCI compliance, transaction flows)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (**Python**, **JavaScript**, **Ruby**, or similar)
- Familiarity with **API testing tools** (**Postman**, **curl**) and debugging
- Understanding of payment fundamentals (acquiring, issuing, card networks, **ACH**)
- Familiarity with **PCI DSS** compliance and security best practices

### Business & Leadership
- Strong communication skills for C-Suite and engineers
- Self-starter, resourceful, scrappy problem-solver
- Leadership experience (player/coach) a plus

## Preferred
- Experience with embedded payments platforms
- Previous role in hypergrowth tech company
- Knowledge of support, risk, and underwriting processes
