## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- **Own commerce platforms and ecosystem partners:** Manage commerce platform relationships and key ecosystem partners supporting customer activation, feeds, onboarding, and performance workflows.
- **Drive product adoption and MAA growth:** Increase activation of Reddit Ads and Dynamic Product Ads through partner integrations; improve time-to-first-ad, catalog coverage, and conversion signal quality.
- **Operationalize commerce GTM:** Build repeatable go-to-market motions across platforms and ecosystem partners, including enablement, incentives, co-marketing, and activation programs that scale advertiser growth.
- **Influence integration and product roadmaps:** Partner with Product and Engineering to improve APIs and workflows across catalog ingestion, pixel/CAPI, feeds, onboarding, and reporting surfaces.
- **Partner with Sales and Product Adoption teams:** Identify priority customers, support activation strategies, and create scalable playbooks enabling mid-market and long-tail customer growth.
- **Define and run commerce KPIs:** Track active customers, MAA contribution, catalog health, signal coverage, activation speed, and revenue impact.
- **Represent the commerce partner voice:** Manage escalations, ensure privacy and compliance alignment, and surface ecosystem insights to inform commerce strategy.

## Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in commerce partnerships, platform ecosystems, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with commerce platforms and ecosystem vendors, including feeds, onboarding, attribution, agencies, and tooling.
- Strong understanding of catalog feeds, conversion APIs, pixel/CAPI, and Dynamic Product Ad workflows.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and product adoption through integrations.
- Cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Science.
- Structured, metrics-driven operating style with strong stakeholder management.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Commerce ecosystem experience, including apps, partner programs, and merchant onboarding.
- Familiarity with large platforms and the broader commerce tooling landscape.
- Experience with feed management platforms or commerce enablement partners.
- Understanding of lower-funnel performance advertising.
- Experience designing activation incentives or partner programs.

- Base salary range: **$189,000–$264,600 USD**.
