## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Managing and reconciling incoming hotel invoices in our email inbox.
- Verifying incoming invoices and reconciling them with our travel bookings.
- Entering incoming invoices into our travel booking system.
- Completing daily data collection tasks promptly and accurately (e.g. extracting VAT breakdown data).
- Request missing hotel invoices directly from the hotels via email (and phone if necessary).
- Research hotel contact addresses.

## What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage tasks independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Capability to maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum of one year in the field.
