## What You'll Do
- **Lead the Flagship Experience:** Oversee homepage, core chat experience, document Q&A and more.
- **Architect a Platform:** Guide transition of core features into a scalable, agentic platform for other teams to build upon.
- **Scale the Organization:** Hire and retain world-class software engineering and AI talent globally.
- **Shape the Structure:** Work with leaders to define organization skill sets and geographic footprint.
