## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business, use cases, and data replication and transformation requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, Professional Services, BDRs, marketing, and support to build and maintain holistic account ownership plans.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences.
- Run a structured proof-of-value process to establish the technical win.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with Enterprise customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners.
- Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data replication, data operations, analytics, sales engineering, data practice, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in support of large enterprise customers.
- Strong technical background in data replication, cloud infrastructure, data replication technologies, and/or database administration.
- Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and SAP databases.
- Basic Python competency and advanced SQL knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with other data replication or ETL tools.
- Experience with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Hands-on networking experience in cloud and on-premises environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Target new-hire compensation range: **$166,788.50–$208,485.75 USD**.
- On-target earnings range: **$208,485.63–$260,607.19 USD**.
