## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain capacity planning models to forecast resource requirements.
- Use forecasting techniques to analyze historical data and market trends, predict future capacity needs, and support planning decisions.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities in model inputs.
- Monitor performance against planned capacity levels and adjust plans as needed.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for accurate plan inputs.
- Collaborate with vendor delivery teams and stakeholders to align planning efforts with business goals.
- Integrate data from multiple SQL databases to automate reporting and streamline data collection for capacity planning and forecasting.
- Communicate planning results and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide subject-matter expertise for requests affecting resourcing.
- Analyze production or service delivery data to determine utilization rates and identify improvement areas.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or Economics.
- 7+ years of experience in capacity planning for medium to large organizations and workforce management for internal and outsourced workforces, including BPO.
- Strong SQL skills, including data integration and automation for process optimization.
- Experience with Tableau or comparable data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of outsourcing practices.

## Nice to Have
- Financial or budgeting background.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools.
