## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own OpenArt’s full video creative vision across short-form social, music videos, brand stories, and other formats.
- Direct and edit projects end-to-end, from concept through final cut.
- Partner with creative, product, and marketing teams to translate OpenArt’s identity into compelling visual content.
- Set and continuously raise the creative standard for published work.

## Requirements
- Years of professional film or video production experience with a strong portfolio.
- Strong directing and editing instincts, with range, taste, and storytelling depth across formats.
- Hands-on experience creating content with AI tools.
- Based in the United States and able to work full-time in the Bay Area.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with music videos, short films, branded content, or social-first work.
- Experience creating creator-driven or influencer content for social platforms.
- Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.

## Compensation
