## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own outbound volume, targeting roughly 80+ daily touches across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
- Book qualified first meetings with AI-native companies running production inference, prioritizing meetings likely to convert into benchmarks.
- Build and test multi-step outbound sequences and report reply and meeting rates weekly.
- Coordinate with the closer and forward deployed engineer before each first meeting.
- Keep the CRM up to date.

## Requirements
- 12+ months of active or recent B2B outbound experience at a high-growth, AI-native company.
- Experience at an early-stage startup, preferably seed or Series A, where the outbound playbook was not yet established.
- Strong persistence and ownership of outbound metrics, including touches per day, reply rate, meetings per week, and conversion rates.
- Clear, concise, specific written communication.
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn the inference stack and engage credibly with CTOs.
- Interest in progressing into full-cycle sales.

## Compensation and Benefits
- $100,000 base salary and $140,000 on-target earnings.
