## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales of HappyRobot’s AI workforce infrastructure.
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and guide prospects through the buying process.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and articulate business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer outcomes and revenue growth.

## Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions.
- Strong enterprise prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI and automation concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
- Track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
