## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Help prospective customers evaluate Rillet as their next ERP throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand prospects’ business requirements, accounting processes, and existing technology stacks; explain how Rillet fits their environments and addresses finance-team needs.
- Identify and address technical and accounting objections.
- Configure sandbox environments and deliver tailored product demonstrations based on prospects’ workflows and use cases.
- Answer detailed product, accounting, and technical questions in real time and adapt demonstrations to customer priorities.
- Provide near-real-time prospect feedback to Sales, Product, Engineering, and company leadership.
- Experiment with demo approaches, contribute to customer follow-ups, and help accelerate opportunities.
- Represent Rillet with customer empathy and structured problem-solving when engaging finance and accounting leaders.

## Requirements
- Strong professional experience in accounting, including areas such as revenue recognition, financial close, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidation.
- Experience supporting customer evaluations, implementations, solutions consulting, or other customer-facing work involving accounting or financial software.
- Strong understanding of systems and technology used by modern finance and accounting teams.
- Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex accounting and technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable moving between accounting, product, and technical conversations with different stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, highly responsive, and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment.

## Nice to have
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience beginning a career in audit or accounting advisory.
