## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify important customer problems through live customer research, prospect meetings, market and competitor research, usage analysis, and written feedback.
- Collaborate with UX design to translate research into product requirements, ideate on design needs, and prototype ideas.
- Partner with engineering to assess feasibility and scope, write Product Requirement Documents and user stories, and guide features from concept through launch.
- Define the roadmap for the assigned problem space and align internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teams outside product management on product positioning, messaging, and launches.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the product, target customer, and problem space.
- Attend product development meetings and help unblock designers and engineers.
- Develop and report metrics measuring product health and usage.
- Improve research, development, and product delivery processes.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Proven track record of launching and supporting customer-facing features or products.
- Design literacy, including evaluating UX quality, providing meaningful design feedback, and independently prototyping ideas.
- Ability to identify problems and create impactful solutions.
- Experience with RMM systems or an IT background.
- Ability to present to large groups.
- Curiosity, ownership, honesty, collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement.
