## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own short-form content across every platform, from ideation through publishing.
- Shoot and edit founder talks, product demos, and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging videos.
- Create motion graphics and bring a distinct creative point of view.
- Own posting and scheduling across all channels, adapting cadence to each platform.
- Grow the following and engagement by identifying emerging formats, trends, clips, podcast cuts, and other new-media opportunities.
- Track performance and use insights to guide future content.
- Direct production support for high-volume output, leveraging AI tools to increase speed and scale.
- Build the PromptQL story and founder voice into a brand people follow.

## Requirements
- Demonstrated success building an online following for yourself, another person, or a brand, with measurable results.
- Strong skills in shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of high-velocity growth and how content spreads to the right audience.
- Strong storytelling instincts, including compelling hooks and pacing.
