## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Architect and deploy Agentic Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities for intelligent identity resolution and automated data enrichment of accounts and contacts.
- Design LLM-powered systems and internal agents to automate KPI root-cause analysis, generate business insights, and streamline GTM communication.
- Build and manage complex pipelines processing structured and unstructured data, with high-fidelity inputs and integration with data governance frameworks.
- Understand data flows across Salesforce, Xactly, and 6sense to support a unified data architecture.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to turn strategic business problems into scalable, data-driven AI solutions.

## Requirements and Qualifications

- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
- Experience with Databricks’ lakehouse platform and complementary AI technologies.
- Strong experience in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
- Experience working with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data.
- Track record in B2B SaaS, machine learning, and generative AI deployment.
- Ability to work collaboratively, translate needs into deliverables, and manage dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs.
