## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine corporate strategy, strategic objectives, and long-term goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and industry dynamics.
- Design strategic frameworks and actionable plans to drive growth, increase market share, and optimize operational and product performance.
- Provide insights, recommendations, strategic guidance, and operational support to senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, resource management, communication, coordination, and alignment.
- Prepare communications content, including presentations, slides, abstracts, and whitepapers.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on messaging and materials aligned with strategic objectives.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of management consulting experience, preferably including employee benefits experience.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate healthcare and healthcare purchasing.
- Ideally, experience with care navigation and/or direct contracting.
- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $195,000–$225,000 annually.
