## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Rippling in the UK and Ireland markets.
- Define the path-to-sales strategy, including sequencing and scope.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products.
- Understand legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational payroll requirements and translate them into simple interfaces and user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance teams to drive execution and ship successful products with velocity.
- Stay close to data and build a deep understanding of what is required to achieve ambitious goals.
- Apply solutions beyond local requirements with a global, platform-first perspective.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across product management, consulting, financial, or founding roles.
- Ability to operate with a bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of shipping both 0-to-1 launches and scaled products used by large customer bases.
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work.
- Deep sense of ownership and responsibility, with accountability for outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide solutions that scale.
- Alignment with company values.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex products in highly regulated environments.
