## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Build (August–mid-September)
- Translate the program outline into a week-by-week curriculum, including session formats, Suno skills and tools coverage, and contest design.
- Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline: identify, pitch, confirm, and prepare breakout-creator speakers and mentors.
- Set up program infrastructure, including a community channel, calendar, meeting and technology setup, and application intake and tracking.
- Support outreach and sourcing by managing the invite list, referrals, and application pipeline.
- Run logistics for the selection process from September 7–18.
- Determine the application approach, launch messaging, and launch-creator partnership.
- Source and negotiate member perks with partner tools and brands.
- Coordinate internal reviews, including legal review of contest mechanics, creator payments, event liability, and minors.

### Run (September 21–December 11)
- Own the biweekly programming cadence end-to-end, including scheduling, speaker coordination, session production, and follow-ups.
- Run monthly creative contests, including briefs, submission tracking, judging logistics, and prize fulfillment.
- Design and manage the creator spotlight approach.
- Produce in-person events when applicable.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for members through onboarding, questions, nudges, and community management.
- Track attendance, participation, contest engagement, and member sentiment; identify at-risk members early.

### Assess (December)
- Produce the graduation experience and participant credentials.
- Transition the cohort into the alumni network.
- Deliver a program retrospective and recommended blueprint for the second cohort.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running cohort-based programs, creator or community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series.
- Experience building a program from scratch is preferred.
- Understanding of the creator economy, including how nano and micro creators approach growth, compensation, brands, and community.
- Strong operational skills across calendars, run-of-shows, trackers, and follow-ups.
- Hospitality-minded approach and strong experience-design skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and create structure from broad guardrails.
- Strong communication, independence, and reliability.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with creator programs, multi-channel networks, talent management, or platform partnerships.
- Experience producing in-person events.
- Familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools.
- Existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $120,640–$168,480.
