## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
- Own the technical narrative across executive and engineering audiences.
- Educate customers on the platform, its capabilities, philosophy, and strategic case for structured content at scale.
- Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build and maintain showcase implementations, enablement programs, and best-practice guides.
- Share engineering expertise across complex verticals and advanced use cases, troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Represent strategic customer requirements to product and engineering teams and influence the roadmap.
- Mentor Solutions Engineers and raise technical excellence across the organization.

## Requirements
- Experience in enterprise solution selling, including Fortune 500 accounts and cross-functional decision-makers through the C-suite.
- Strong coding skills with JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, and Git, including the ability to design and demonstrate working technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills across executive and engineering audiences.
- Proven discovery skills, including leading customer conversations, uncovering pain points, and mapping them to solutions.
- Familiarity with content management systems and content operations.
- Curiosity about the role of AI in content operations.
- A solution-oriented, creative, structured, autonomous approach and comfort leading without a finished playbook.
