## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for SMB client accounts
- Execute hands-on media planning, campaign execution, and optimization across Linear and Streaming TV
- Translate client goals into performance-driven strategies focused on **CPA**, **CAC**, and **ROAS**
- Identify client needs and surface opportunities to improve performance
- Build expertise in Tatari’s platform (buying, reporting, measurement) and collaborate with internal teams to support execution
- Guide clients through campaign setup, optimization, and reporting—providing education and platform training
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to performance discussions
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders

## Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s degree** from a four-year institution, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
- **2+ years** of experience in post-sales account management or client services, with exposure to senior stakeholders and C-level interactions
- **1–2 years** of experience buying, trading, or managing campaigns within digital or programmatic platforms (e.g., **DSPs**)
- Experience supporting performance-driven clients (brands and/or agencies), with a focus on optimizing toward **CPA**, **CAC**, and **ROAS**
- Solid understanding of the **streaming TV** landscape (**linear TV** knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation and listening skills, with a high level of preparation and attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders—from engineers to marketing leaders—with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
