## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Business Development and Sales Development teams in Bangalore.
- Shape India pipeline-generation strategy with the India Leadership team.
- Create strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth.
- Manage team pipeline targets and coach team members to success.
- Collaborate with regional sales, partner ecosystem, marketing, and cross-functional leaders.
- Analyze team performance and funnel data to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Implement AI strategies for pipeline generation and daily team workflows.

## Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager, with consistent quota overachievement.
- Experience in a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent quota overachievement.
- Experience developing top talent and leading through change.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Experience with value selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cloud, big data, and AI.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience using AI tools for pipeline generation and sales workflows.
