## Job Description

## What You’ll Be Doing

- Coding new features, enhancing the operational experience of the systems you develop, and iteratively improving them based on production insights
- Authoring, contributing to and reviewing design documents
- Taking an active role in shaping the roadmap
- Mentoring and supporting other team members and collaborating with different teams across the organization
- Owning the customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations

- Worked on a SaaS platform dealing with distributed systems problems (scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA)

- Familiar with **Golang** or excited to learn

## Compensation

In the United States, the compensation range for this role is **$174,986 - $209,983 USD**. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset. Includes Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
